Biz Labor
A platform designed to enhance communication between employers and the Israeli Ministry Labor. It provides tailored solutions for different employers, ensuring optimal and precise service to meet user needs. Additionally, the long-term goal is to boost the employment rate and the employment targets established by the Israeli government.

Research
In my role as the designer and researcher on the project team I conducted extensive user research to identify the needs and challenges faced by in finding a quality workforce. As part of this research, I interviewed around 30 local businesses using in-depth contextual interview techniques.
Additionally, during the UX design process, I performed unmoderated and moderated usability testing to validate the design of the platform and assess its value their perspective.
User Persona
Three distinct personas were identified, each representing various potential partners for the Ministry of Labor. These personas varied business size, industry, familiarity with the Ministry's services, and level of digital engagement. Each persona illustrated specific pain points and needs related to employment and their interactions with the Ministry of Labor. For each persona, I developed a user journey to emphasize the challenges and opportunities they face.
The personas and user journey were presented and discussed in an online ideation workshop with stakeholders to collaboratively develop feasible solutions and increase engagement among teams.
To concentrate on delivering the most precise solution, I have formulated an "Ideal" user journey each persona, depicting the anticipated experience users will undergo while factoring in and service solutions. My team and I conducted a workshop with all to ensure alignment and develop a solution that addresses the needs of employers as well the objectives of the ministry.

The sitemap was designed based on user research and insights gathered during the ideation workshop, ensuring a clear, intuitive structure that aligns with user needs and business objectives.
